Hi, we’re Caz and Jon Cole. We love words and books – that’s why we consider ourselves Ink-Stained Hearts. Ink is what we use to write; writing makes our hearts tick!

In our blog, we write about what we love, what we observe, feel, and everything that interests us.

You can find us in bookshops – we love browsing second-hand bookshops – but also at vinyl markets and live music gigs.

When we’re not out, we love to put some music on and read our books. Sometimes, we finish a book with a ‘Wow’ – the moment we want to shout out a ‘Read this book!’ to all of you. That’s why we also write and share little review snippets, to celebrate the authors we love, to help you discover new authors and genres, and to inspire you for your next read.
