Former journalist Jon is a historian with a special interest in WWII and modern-day technologies. He also has a keen interest in sports (a fan of Portsmouth FC since his father first took him to Fratton Park), and is a film and music buff. Ask him a question about a film or a band/song, nine times out of ten, he’ll give you the answer!
Caroline took the jump and made a life-changing decision to move from the Netherlands to the UK, a country she always admired for its culture, historic feel, pictoresque villages and towns, vibrant cities, beautiful countryside and quirky bookshops. It is here she met her soulmate. The rest, as they say, is history…
Caroline is passionate about words and history, a lover of books, music, and Greek myths, and fascinated by philosophy and psychology.
Both Jon and Caroline love books and vinyl and you can always find them in second-hand bookshops. They are curious about life and all it has to offer. Their journey brings them to places they fall in love with, sees them visiting all sorts of events, including sports and concerts, things they love to experience and explore.
